No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from my support. Whether you are formally diagnosed, self-identifying or exploring whether autism may explain some of your experiences, you are welcome.

I offer a range of support, including one-to-one autism mentoring, practical programmes such as The Empowered Autism Blueprint, and my supportive online community Managing Autistic Overwhelm.
No. I don't diagnose autism. My role is to provide mentoring and practical support around your experiences. If you are seeking a formal assessment or diagnosis, I can point you towards appropriate services and resources.
